01 / The journey

You leave the car. We handle the journey.

The ITV is Spain's statutory vehicle inspection. For us, it starts before the test lane: with a check of the car and a clear plan if something needs attention.

    Drop it off

    Leave the vehicle with us at Calle Tilena 31 and tell us if you have noticed anything.

  2. 02

    We check it

    We inspect the mechanical and visible points that may cause problems at the test.

    We call you

    If any work is needed, we explain it before touching anything.

  4. 04

    We take it

    We take the car to the Las Chafiras station for its official ITV inspection.

02 / Pre-ITV check

Fewer surprises before the inspection.

We focus on the systems and components covered by a periodic ITV. A pre-check can identify issues, but the authorised test station always decides the result.

Two different jobs. CSR Autos is an independent garage: we prepare and transport the car. The authorised ITV station carries out the inspection and determines the result.

What does the ITV service include?

A general pre-check, a call before any work that may be needed and transport of the vehicle to the ITV station in Las Chafiras.

What happens if you find a fault?

We explain what we have found and agree the next step with you. We do not carry out extra repairs without speaking to you first.

Is CSR Autos an ITV test station?

No. We are an independent garage. We prepare and transport the vehicle; the official inspection takes place at an authorised ITV station.

Which documents should I leave with the car?

The vehicle's registration certificate and ITV card or technical sheet. Tell us when booking if any document is missing.

Can you help me in English?

Yes. We speak English and Spanish when you book and when we explain the result of our check.
